I’m Nikita, founder of Howie Glam, certified trauma-informed coach, Master Reiki practitioner, speaker, and mother. My work is grounded in lived experience. A life shaped by survival, loss, healing, and the conscious decision to break generational cycles.

Howie Glam is named after my twin brother, Howie, whose passing became a profound turning point in my own healing journey. What began as navigating my own hardest seasons has evolved into a deeper purpose, guiding others back to themselves.

You are supported to understand your patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with yourself at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and emotional release. It works with the body’s natural energy systems to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore a sense of inner harmony. Many people experience Reiki as deeply soothing, grounding and restorative.

It begins with choosing a safe space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a willingness to be supported, seen, and guided back to yourself in a steady, compassionate way.

I work from a trauma-informed and intuitive approach. I am clairsentient, which means I intuitively sense and feel energy through my body and hands. This supports me in reading emotional and energetic patterns in a grounded and supportive way. My focus is always on safety, empowerment, and helping you reconnect with yourself.
